HOUSE RULES
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited in the house, but permitted on the terraces and balconies.
The check-in is from 2 PM on, the check-out until 09:30 AM.
On request we can give you a baby crib and a high chair
for no extra fee.
You may use our washing machine with advance notice
for a fee of 5 €.
There's one parking space per apartment next to the house.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
After receiving an advance payment of 250 € your booking is confirmed. The remaining sum can be paid online before the
vacation or in cash at arrival.
Cancellation until 90 days before arrival: 100 € back.
Cancellation 60 – 89 days before arrival: 50 € back.
Cancellation 0 – 59 days before arrival on: 0 € back.
The tourist tax is payed by us landlords.
